• Do I have to be a member to purchase?

    You don't have to be a member to purchase, but we encourage you to join us so that you can be in the front line to get those limited edition model cars that's in short supply, or to take advantage of our special member only events in the future.

    To create an account is fast and easy, and you can store your shipping information for future purchase. Besides, there's a "Wish List" function in the member profile, for customers to create a list of their favorite model cars.

    Join TopSpeed-Models.com membership is free. Your privacy will be protected. We will not disturb you unless it's regarding to your orders.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express & Discover).

  • How do I order an item marked as “Pre-Order” or “Back Order”?

    You can add the pre-order or back-order items to your shopping cart, and check out normally.  You will enter your payment information as usual, but please note that your order will not be charged until the stock physically arrives to our warehouse.


    If the goods are ready to ship within 30 days of your original ordering date, we will automatically charge your card and ship your order upon arrival.


    If it has been more than 30 days since your order was placed and the stock arrives to our warehouse then our staff will contact you to confirm your order before it is processed.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    Please refer to our return & exchange policy below.


    Should a return or exchange be necessary, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number within 14 days of the shipment of your order. Any packages shipped back to our offices without a Return Authorization number displayed on the outer packaging will be refused and returned to you. Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

    Any and all items returned must be in original sellable condition including all packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that each item is well packed for the return shipment as we are not able to give full credit for any items that are received back in less than perfect condition. We advise insuring any items that you may return for this reason. Upon receiving your item we will issue your choice of the remaining balance in either store credit or a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.




    Should you receive a damaged item and would prefer to exchange it for a new one, it will be replaced with an identical item from our stock to the best of our ability. Please contact us to notify us of any damages immediately after receipt of your item. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund.

    Replacement Parts

    While we make our best efforts to support all models sold on this website, please understand that limited quantities of parts are available and we are typically only able to supply spare parts for up to 6 months after a product has released.  Please contact us for additional details if you need a replacement part for your model.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    In Stock Orders

    Items currently in stock will ship from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order.



    An item marked with “Pre-Order” status means that this item is still under production and is not immediately available for shipment.  Pre-ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.  Please note that you will not be charged for your purchase until the model is in our warehouse and ready to ship.


    If an item is very popular we will occasionally run out of stock in our primary warehouse.  When this happens we will determine if another production can be scheduled or additional goods can be transported from our secondary overseas warehouse. 


    If you place an order for an item with “Back-Order” status then please note that your credit card will not be charged until the goods are in our warehouse and are ready to ship.  Please be aware that we do not accept PayPal payment for back order items.

    Shipping Rates

    We strive to make the shipping process as simple for our customers as possible.  For all orders within the continental US (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) our shipping cost is a flat $5.00 fee per model. 


    Please note that our international rates are calculated on a per-country basis and do not include any taxes or duties.  Please consult your local customs office for more information on the duties and fees charged by your country, as we have no direct control over these costs.

  • I need to change my shipping address but my order has already shipped. What do I do?

    All domestic orders shipping within the U.S. will be sent using FedEx*.  Collectors are responsible for ensuring that the shipping details they have entered in their order are correct.  Once your package is in the hands of the shipping company it is out of our control and address changes made to FedEx will result in a $14.00 fee to the credit card associated with your order.  This is an automatic fee charged by FedEx to our company for address changes made once packages are in their possession.  


    *The United States Postal Service is the required service used for all orders shipped to a PO Box or an International Address.  If address changes are needed or if your package is not claimed and returned to us by the carrier additional fees may be charged to the credit card on file with your order.


    If you need to update your shipping address and your order has not shipped, you must notify our company by e-mailing customercare@topspeed-models.com and receive an confirmation e-mail that your order has been updated with the new information.
